Effects of Dexmedetomidine on Rats with Functional Chronic Visceral Pain Based on Protein Expressions in the Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase 1/Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate Response Element-Binding Protein Signaling Pathway

To evaluate the protective effects of dexmedetomidine on colon and spinal cord rats with functional chronic visceral pain its regulatory mechanism extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1-cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element-binding protein signaling pathway. A rat model irritable bowel syndrome was established by colorectal distention stimulation. Animals were categorized into normal group, experimental group control group. No treatment given in while stimulation utilized After successful modeling, animals injected intraperitoneally 5 μg/kg hydrochloride injection daily, those pinaverium bromide daily same volume saline, for 14 consecutive days. Abdominal withdrawal reflex score threshold measured. Cell apoptosis determined terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling staining. The messenger ribonucleic acid expressions 1 cyclic detected realtime quantitative polymerase chain reaction phosphorylated-extracellular phosphorylated-cyclic tested Western blotting. Compared abdominal score, cell rate, protein, phosphorylatedextracellular significantly higher (p<0.05) value lower at 20 mmHg, 40 60 mmHg 80 pressures. than Dexmedetomidine can prominently ameliorate clinical symptoms may protect inhibiting signalregulated 1/cyclic
